Поліциклічні ароматичні вуглеводні і професійний рак легенів (огляд іноземної літератури)

В огляді іноземної літератури відносно професійного раку легенів наведено відомості з історії цього питання, дані щодо поліциклічних ароматичних вуглеводнів (ПАВ), на прикладі яких розглянуто питання утворення ПАВ на окремих різновидах виробництва, їхньої концентрації у повітрі робочої зони, а також епідеміології, біомаркерів та механізмів канцерогенної дії.
